The Redondo Beach average home sale price in the 1st  QTR 2010 dropped by less than 1 percent in comparison with the same period a year ago, bringing the average home price in Redondo Beach to $705,017. The number of sales went up by 27.1 percent!

Sales in Redondo Beach over last few months reflect a stabilization of the South Bay real estate market as home buyers have been rushing in to take advantage of the homebuyer tax credit due to expire April 30.
