Ice skating "on the beach" in Redondo Beach

At the Seaside Ice in King Harbor, a popular meeting and event venue called Seaside Lagoon is transformed from a  scenic beach area into a holiday wonderland. Ice skating sessions, live music, DJ's, films, special events, parties and other great opportunities to experience the thrill of ice are envisioned by Redondo Beach Chamber of Commerce and partners such as the City of Redondo Beach, which permits the venue and event. Imagine yourself ice skating in shorts and a Hawaiian-themed shirt as you watch the sunset over the Pacific Ocean! It's the South Bay and Southern California dream vacation turned reality in this public space that guests are invited to enjoy.

The Seaside Lagoon, located in the heart of Redondo Beach King Harbor at 200 Portofino Way, once again is the site of the South Bay's first outdoor ice skating experience. Parking at 181 N. Harbor Drive, Redondo Beach, CA 90277

Skating available November 10, 2009 through January 18, 2010. School holiday schedule is 11:00a.m. - 9:30p.m. weekdays and from 10:00a.m. - 10:30p.m. weekends. Check website for full schedule - www.seasideice.com .
